Steam Power Nuclear (now Arabelle Solutions) was part of the General Electric Company until 2nd April 2024 when GE Vernova became a separately traded company. 

On 31st May 2024 Arabelle Solutions, consisting of part of GE Vernova’s Steam Power Nuclear activities, was acquired by EDF.
